24-Hour Emergency Service
Our emergency service is reliable. We don't just write our names on the back of a business card and say "Call me anytime". Our system uses an automated call routing procedure and quality process. We maintain a schedule of on-call assignments each week for trained personnel to provide after-hours support. Every on-call employee has access to warehouse and shop inventory, delivery personnel, as well as technical and service support. Call your branch after hours and follow the instructions on the phone system to receive emergency service for that branch. It may ask you to leave a message or call the pager number provided. Our fleet is always on the move. When you purchase electrical supplies and equipment from Electrical Equipment Company, they will be delivered to your receiving department by our fleet of trucks or by other means if you desire. If delivered by our daily scheduled truck to your area, this service is free. If you have special delivery requirements or after-hours delivery, reasonable charges may apply according to the Emergency Services policy.

We have an ISO registered facility ready to package your unique bill of materials in specifically designed containers labeled to your specifications. Our trained quality inspection department will maintain the stringent controls of incoming and outgoing materials. Many types of customers from OEM's to manufacturers have used this cost savings service for almost twenty years.
We realize it's easier by the numbers-YOURS. Our business system provides the ability for you to place orders using your unique part numbers. We then enter the orders by your part numbers and our system converts your numbers to the manufacturers' part numbers. When the ticket is printed, both part numbers show on your delivery ticket and invoice.
Pick a Card and Order. We have the ability to handle your Corporate Procurement Cards, and we can set up separate accounts to handle Procurement Card Business and Normal Charge Business.
Have your energy costs skyrocketed? We can schedule our specialist and vendor partners to visit your facility to collect data and measurements of your system. This information will then be entered into a software program, and a report will be generated detailing the opportunities you have for potential energy savings.
Planning plant expansion or equipment replacement? We can help with the design and layout of the equipment needed to best meet your system requirements. Our vendor partners have specifically designed software programs that will properly size the protection your equipment requires to meet the National Electric Code.
Do you need to upgrade your facility lighting to energy saving electronic lamps and fixtures? We can take the information on your existing lighting layout, and with a specially designed software program, analyze the most energy efficient solution for your needs.
